UTCPE Overview
The University of Texas Center for Performance Excellence (UTCPE) is a not-for-profit program, affiliated with the Baldrige National Quality Program, through which Texas organizations achieve and sustain performance excellence. The UTCPE program is sponsored by the UT Professional Development Center, under the University of Texas at Austin Division of Continuing Education. The national program is sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, under the U.S. Department of Commerce.
