UTCPE Performance Excellence Criteria
The UTCPE criteria are a set of questions that defines the critical factors driving organizational success. The criteria questions are grouped into an Organizational Profile and seven Categories.
Responses to the Organizational Profile questions comprise a descriptive snapshot of the organization. This snapshot identifies key factors, those facts that have the greatest impact on the organization. The key factors serve as organization-specific criteria that are used along with the UTCPE criteria in assessing the organization.
The organization's performance is assessed by its responses to questions of the seven Categories. UTCPE Categories 1-6 ask for information on the organization's key processes, and UTCPE Category 7 asks for the organization's results in key areas.
