2009 Organization Eligibility

Submit an Organizational Eligibility Form if your organization is interested
in improving its performance and receiving an assessment, a site visit,
and a confidential feedback report from a team of UTCPE Examiners.
2009 Awards Application
Form (Due 05/01/2009)
Eligible organizations submit a completed Awards Application Form for an
Examiner team to review, Judges to consider, and UTCPE to recognize at
the November 10, 2008, Awards Banquet.

Submit an Examiner Application Form if you are interested in serving on
the Board of Examiners. Completion of Examiner
Training Seminar and commitment of 50-60 hours is required.
