Services

Annually, The University of Texas Center for Performance Excellence (UTCPE) conducts its organizational performance excellence awards program, which is based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and culminates in a November awards banquet. Organizations and individuals interested in pursuing performance excellence participate in the program to varying extents and choose from the following UTCPE services throughout their Baldrige journey:

• Training in Baldrige-related subjects
• Consulting and facilitation in Baldrige-related subjects
• Organizational performance assessment and private feedback report
• Examiner credentialing
• Awards banquet and public recognition
