Policies

REFUND POLICIES

Registrants who give cancellation notice at least seven days before the course or single lecture start date will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Registrants who give cancellation notice less than seven days before the course or single lecture start date will receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after a course has begun or a single lecture has been delivered.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICIES

Odyssey reserves the right to substitute instructors, change the day or time a course meets, change the fees, and cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events. If a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued. If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen events, such as inclement weather or an official University closing, University Extension will make a good faith effort to reschedule the class, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

Persons requiring special accommodations or assistance should contact us at (512) 471-2928 at least two weeks before the course begins.
