The Thompson Conference Center (TCC) is dedicated to excellent customer service and complete conference planning. TCC's Conference Services Office provides conference services to both in-house and outside clients. Our convenient location, quiet and professional meeting spaces, and competitive rates assure that your conference, seminar, or meeting will be a great success. Our conference services include the following:

Facilities and technical assistance are available at all hours. A conference service office member will also be available during your conference, seminar, or meeting to ensure that all of your needs are met.

Coordinators can assist you in selecting rooms and seating arrangements that suit your needs. Seating in most rooms can also be tailored to meet your needs. Meeting rooms range in size from the 230-seat TCC Auditorium to smaller rooms that can accommodate groups from 200 to 20 people. Rooms are also available for breakout sessions.

Limited free parking is available in TCC's parking lot (Lot 40), located at the southwest corner of Dean Keeton (26th) Street and Red River Street. Additional parking is also available in the University's Parking Garage #5, which is located at the intersection of Clyde Littlefield Drive and Robert Dedman Drive. Commercial parking is also available nearby.
