*NOTE: You will now need the credit card
verification number (last 3 numbers on the back of the credit
card) and the zip code to which the credit card statement
is being mailed in order to use a credit card to pay registration
fees.
Call the Registrar at (512) 471-4633
or (800) 687-7345 and provide
your VISA, Master Card, Discover, or American Express number
and expiration date.
Mail the completed
form with payment or a copy of your purchase order to
Registrar, Professional Development Center, The University
of Texas at Austin, P.O. Box 7518, Austin, TX 78713-7518.
Fax the completed
form to (512) 471-4695.
Include your credit card number and expiration date or a copy
of your purchase order.
Payment
If your organization will pay your class fee, please enclose a copy
of your purchase order. A bill will be sent to you. If you are personally
paying for your class fee, we must receive payment before the program
begins. Please make checks payable to The University of Texas at
Austin.
Confirmation
Registration is complete when we receive payment. When we receive
your payment, we will send the fee payer a receipt. If you do not
receive a receipt within 10 days of sending in your payment, call
(512) 471-4633 to confirm your registration.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made seven days prior to the class receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations made six days or less prior to the class do not receive
any refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows receive no refund.
