Paul Trejo is teaching a course coming up that sounds awesome to me - JFK Conspiracy Theories, which is one of our Odyssey classes. The Odyssey classes are all taught by UT professors, so it's like getting UT classes in a short format! Did you watch that miniseries about the Kennedys that was on last year? I did. It was awesome.
My coworker Monica went to Modern Buddhism with Kelsang Ingchug, which just finished this past week. Here's what she had to say:

"I finished our MELT Method class last night! It was taught by Debbi Neill, and it was excellent! It is kind of like acupuncture with balls, but the focus is on hydrating your connective tissue. The best part was working with the rollers in the last two classes. I'll be sure to post the link when we offer the class again!"

Watercolor II – NEW CLASS! We haven't offered this class before, but instructor Skot Campbell has taught several sessions of his Watercolor I class and his students have been clamoring for more!
