    The evolution of business strategies has increased the importance of management having a thorough understanding of the products they produce. This course teaches the fundamentals of project management to non-project managers and those new to project management so they will be able to manage small to medium size projects related to their specific areas of responsibility within the organization. This course will prime you for the process of transitioning into a project management role. Topics include developing and managing project teams, project selection and initiating a project plan, the triple constraints, conducting meetings, and closing projects.


    The Project Management to Non-Project Managers online course consists of 12 instructional hours, awards 9 PDU’s, and 1.2 CEU’s. It one 30-minute simulations, 11 of the Business Impact series modules (running from three to eight minutes), and four 15-min. Challenge Series module. This course also includes the Business Pro and IT Pro libraries from the Books 24X7 collection. For a nominal fee students will have the option to extend their access to the Business Pro and/or IT Pro libraries.
