Managers deal with a wide range of personalities. Most people are cooperative and reasonable.
However, some employees are very difficult to be around and work with. This program defines and illustrates the behaviors of difficult employees and ways to handle these behaviors so the workplace will continue to be productive and turnover will not become a problem. Two simulations are used to help participants feel more confident when confronting employees with difficult behaviors.
