Information Technology Services (ITS)

Information Technology Services (ITS) is the central technology resource at the university. ITS is committed to delivering secure, high-quality infrastructure and services to ensure that every member of our campus reaches their highest academic goals. ITS strives to stay a few steps ahead of the technology and to maintain the highest level of reliable support for our campus and for our state—now and well into the new century.

Information Security Office (ISO)

The Information Security Office (ISO) works to ensure the security of the university's Information Technology (IT) resources. ISO strives to create and maintain a safe computing environment for our university's teaching, research, and public service missions. The ISO works in partnership with campus IT leaders and university audit, compliance, and legal units to fulfill these responsibilities.

Office of Communication and Strategy Management (OCSM)

The Office of Communication and Strategy Management is responsible for supporting the IT governance structure at the university. This office is also responsible for coordinating and publishing information about ITS services and processes and conducts training on the services offered by ITS.

Office of Telecommunication Services (OTS)

The Office of Telecommunication Services (OTS) provides highly reliable and powerful wide-area data, video and voice communication services and support for The University of Texas System institutions. OTS supports the Texas Education Network.
