Our Mission
The College of Fine Arts Office of Career Services is dedicated to assisting our majors and alumni in their pursuit of thriving careers in the visual and performing arts as well as outside the arts. We recognize that our students will have diverse destinations upon graduation and that there are many paths to success. We are guided by the philosophy that career development is a life-long and collaborative process.
Our Goals
Fine Arts Career Services will work to insure that all students:
- Appreciate the value of a fine arts education and are aware
of the wide array of career opportunities available to them.
- Understand and are equipped for the rigors and realities of
the professional world of the visual and performing arts.
- Have access to a variety of pre-professional opportunities that
allow them to explore arts-related and non-arts-related career
options.
- Have support and guidance with implementing career and education
plans.
