Ask Libby

How many times can I retake a class? Is two the limit?

It depends on which college you are in and which course(s) you plan on
retaking. You should not retake a course unless you need to earn a
specific grade to progress in a specific major. Generally speaking, you
won't be able to attempt a natural science or math class more than
twice. Please consult your academic advisor for more specific
information.
