Am I required to declare simultaneous majors if I have two majors?

The College of Liberal Arts does not require that you declare
simultaneous majors if you have two majors, although it will make
accessing classes in both majors much easier for you. We highly
recommend declaring a simultaneous major if it is appropriate for your
situation.
