Artist Patty Chang works primarily in video, installation, and performance, creating works that confront the viewer with issues of fantasy and identity, including her most recent piece, Product of Love-Die Ware Liebe (2009), on the meeting, in Berlin, of Hollywood film actress Anna May Wong and German theorist Walter Benjamin.
