MS III/MS IV Crossfit

After a presentation that helped cadets better understand how Crossfit works the body in the ways that it needs to be worked and how a healthy diet can complement the workout, the MS IIIs and IVs went to Clark Field on the UT campus and put some of the techniques into action. Cadets learned how to perform proper lifts with various types of weights as well as gymnastic exercises that deal with bodyweight.
