*DEFINE Appointment Documents/Processes (FACULTY, STUDENTS, CLASSSIFIED and A&P).

Appointments open to users for appointments prior to 11/1. Documents can be changed or deleted. Anything from 11/1 onward will have to be done through HRMS Phase 2 assignment functionality when it opens on 11/2/09.
