Stress-Buster workshop - stress reduction through laughter!

Finals getting you down? Come take a break with us! Get a burst of energy and reduce stress through the age-old medium of laughter. We’ll be playing exercises based on improv and theater games. These exercises were originally used to relax performers so they can perform better and the fastest way to relax is to laugh! The workshop is co-organized with LuckyChaos Asian American Theater, Asian Desi Pacific Islander American Collective, and The Center for Asian American Studies at UT-Austin. The workshop will be facilitated by Leng Wong, producing director of LuckyChaos with assistance from other improvisers including folks from UT’s improv troupe Gigglepants!
