Harryette Mullen, Fellow of the Academy of American Poets and the author of many award-winning books & Arnold Rempersad, Sara Hart Kimball Professor in the Humanities at Stanford University, is the author of numerous acclaimed biographies.

Wednesday Sept. 14:

Noon:  Poetry on the Plaza, "The Emperor of Ice Cream."  Readings by visiting poets; ice cream provided by TILTS.  HRC Plaza.

3-5 p.m. Poets' Roundtable with Evie Shockley, Dante Micheaux, Lyrae Van Clief-Stefanon, Dawn Lundy-Martin, Chanel Clarke.  Denius Room.

5-7 p.m. reception and booksigning.  HRC Lobby.

7-9 p.m. TILTS Poetry Reading in Honor of David Wevill:  HARRYETTE MULLEN.  Prothro Theater.  HRC



Thursday Sept. 15:

3-5 p.m. Scholars' Roundtable with Yolanda Pierce, Elizabeth Frost, Keith Leonard, Gershon Avilez, Roger Reeves.  Denius Room.

5-7 p.m. reception and booksigning.  HRC Lobby.

7-9 p.m. TILTS Poetics Lecture in Honor of Thomas Cable:  ARNOLD RAMPERSAD.  Prothro Theater. HRC
