This plática will focus on the first-semester experience for Latino men in the STEM disciplines at a Predominantly White Institution using a science identity framework.
Charles Lu is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Educational Administration with a Graduate Portfolio in Mexican American Studies. The chair of his dissertation committee is Victor B. Saenz, Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration.
