Psychophysics

The ultimate goal of perception science is to explain and predict behavioral performance in perceptual tasks.  Thus an essential component of perception research is the measurement and characterization of behavioral performance.  CPS laboratories contain excellent facilities and specialized equipment for measuring psychophysical performance in humans, non-human primates, and other animals.
