REE 385 • POLITICAL RUSSIAN

Course Description

This seminar will provide students with the tools necessary to understand Russian as it is used in print media, such as newspapers, journals, on-line journals, etc. Class time will be divided up between grammar/grammar exercises appropriate to various texts, and more complex discussions (in Russian) of the issues brought up in the reading.

Grading Policy

Active in-class participation, 3 in-class presentations.
