Austin Polish Film Festival

The 2010 APFF is scheduled for November 5-14. This is the 5th year for the APFF and the latest award-winning Polish feature films (Nov. 5-7), as well as shorts, documentaries, and animations are being presented (November 12-14).
Recognized by the Polish Film Institute (Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej) and the Association of Polish Filmmakers (Stowarzyszenie Filmowców Polskich) as a unique organization, the Austin Polish Society is expanding knowledge of Polish arts and culture in Texas through their presentations of award-winning Polish films.

12:30pm – 4:30pm, Anthology of Polish Children Animation
The works that will be presented contain no violence but are intended not only for younger viewers but also for lovers of art film, who will value their unusually artistic quality and innovative form. The works span the period from 1947 through 2000.
APS will provide healthy snacks for the children.
