The Center for Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies presents:

An Afternoon of Slavic Vampires

 Wednesday, October 30th, 2013

4:00-5:30 PM

PAI 4.42

Join CREEES faculty and students as they explore the rich literature that has given us Dracula and Nosferatu.
Students and faculty will read from Slavic texts of horror, the grotesque and uncanny! We will be reading passages from the works of such celebrated writers as Alexander Pushkin, Nikolay Gogol, Alexei Tolstoy and Mikhail Bulgakov, as well as texts by the modern Russian writers, including Viktor Pelevin. The event is quite popular and gathers a large crowd.

Come join us!
