Live Oak Brewing Company, founded in 1997 in Austin, TX, employs an old-world style of brewing rarely found in America today. Grodziskie is a resurrection of the last Polish beer style to go extinct in the 20th century. Production ceased in Poland in the 1990’s. Live Oak Brewing Company is bringing this unique Polish beer back and serving it at the Draught House Pub to raise funds for the 2014 Austin Polish Film Festival!
