Inspire Leadership Program Presents: Stop Sexual Violence on Your Campus

The Center for Women's and Gender Studies and INSPIRE: Empowering Texas Women Leaders are pleased to invite you to a special event on Thursday, in conjunction with RAINN Day 2011, to raise awareness and educate UT students about sexual violence on campus. We will have a short screening of a collection of videos regarding the topic, followed by a panel of experts who will answer questions about sexual violence/assault at UT and in the Austin community. Some of the panel participants are Dr. Gloria Gonzalez-Lopez (a sociology professor and expert on the topic of sexual violence), a representative from SafePlace, and a peer-educator undergraduate student from Voices Against Violence.
