Research interests:Contextual barriers (e.g., language, discrimination, poverty) and supports (e.g., spirituality, family, and complementary therapies) that influence the health of underserved women, such as migrant farm workers) living with chronic health conditions, such as type II diabetes, multiple sclerosis or HIV disease.
