A documentary film by Hu Tai-Li with Violin performance by Cho-Liang Lin of a work composed by Shih-Hui Chen

Forty years ago a typhoon destroyed the Amis ancestral house in Tafalong, Taiwan. Attempting to revitalize their traditions, the tribal villagers reclaimed the remains of the house where their ancestors still resided. They soon realized that it would take more than reconstructing the house to bring back the souls of their ancestors

Followed by discussion with Dr. Tai-Li-Hu and Dr. Yun-Chiahn C. Sena
