Caitlin Hamrock

Caitlin Hamrock is interested in studying education, labor markets, the reproduction of inequality, and poverty. Her research explores variation in the payoffs associated with different types of education in US Labor Markets and how socio-demographic characteristics may impact this variation. Her Master's Thesis investigates the payoffs associated with post-secondary degrees and how returns to education vary due to the type of degree, an individual's occupation, and the individual's socio-demographic background.
