Natalie Kretsch is a clinical doctoral student in the Psychology Department, working with Dr. Paige Harden. She received her B.A. in English from Brown University in 2008. Her primary research interest is developmental psychopathology, specifically the interactions between genetic and environmental factors that contribute to externalizing disorders in adolescence. She is a collaborator on several projects including the Twin Project at the University of Texas, which is recruiting an ethnically diverse sample of twins from the greater Austin area, and on the Genes and New Experiences Study, which is examining biological mechanisms of changes in alcohol use throughout young adulthood.
