Sandra Black appointed editor of the Journal of Human Resources

Sandra Black, Professor of Economics, Audre and Bernard Rapaport Centennial Chair in Economics and Public Affairs and PRC Faculty Research Associate, has been named editor of the Journal of Human Resources, where she has served as co-editor since 2005. JHR is a top-ranked journal in the fields of Economics (34th of 304 journals) and Industrial Relations & Labor (2nd of 22 journals).
