Prudence Jones -- on Dido and Cleopatra

Prof. Prudence Jones of Montclair State University will be speaking to the Classics Department on "Dido and Cleopatra: Invention and Reception" on November 2, 2007 at 3:30 PM in the Classics Lounge (WAG 116).

On November 3, 2007, Prudence Jones will be the TCA Meeting Afternoon Keynote speaker at the Thompson Conference Center, speaking on:
"The Problem of Motherhood: Cleopatra and the Ideal Roman Woman."

Professor Jones is author of a sourcebook on Cleopatra and of Reading Rivers in Roman Literature and Culture.
