The bi-annual conference on Laboratory Approaches to Spanish Phonology (LASP) draws researchers from several countries in North and South America, the Middle-East and Europe whose research focuses on the experimental investigation of articulation, acoustics, speech perception, language acquisition and pathology with particular focus on the Spanish of Latin America and Spain.
