Dr. Holme's current scholarship centers on two major areas of inquiry: the implementation of accountability policies and market-driven reforms (e.g., exit exams, vouchers and charter schools); and the implementation of policies, in particular school desegregation policies, designed to foster greater equity and diversity in schools.
