Biography

CAPT SCOTT D. STOUT

 

Captain Scott D. Stout is the Commandant of Cadets, Air Force ROTC Detachment 825 at The University of Texas at Austin.  As Commandant he is responsible for training, motivating, inspiring, and educating Air Force officer candidates.  He leads and manages the training program for 100 AFROTC cadets.  As an Assistant Professor for the Department of Air Force Science, he teaches Leadership Studies to juniors in the Professional Officer Corps.

 

Capt Stout received his commission in April 2003 upon graduating from Officer Training School.
