American Studies PhD student Jenny Kelly was awarded the Center for Women's and Gender Studies Ellen Clarke Temple Award in the Study of Women and History for her project, "19th Century Race and Reproduction: James Rowan Percy's 1857-1859 Obstetrical Case Record Book"
She will be attending the University College of Dublin Clinton Institute for American Studies Summer School.
