Apply Now! P.E.O. Scholar Awards for the award year 2007-2008 $10,000 AWARDS FOR WOMEN
A one-time competitive award available for women who are pursuing an advanced degree or are engaged in advanced research (e.g. post- doc)
--Supplies partial support for study / research for the academic year 2007-8 --Is based on MERIT alone --Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen
Applicants --Must be pursuing a doctorate (or terminal masters) or engaged in professional study such as law, medicine of all types, or post-doc research.
--Must graduate/finish from May 2009 to December 2010 --Shows high potential for leadership in her chosen field --Should demonstrate maturity, clearly defined purpose, and a realistic career goal --Must be recommended by a P.E.O. chapter (we are Chapter CR- Austin, TX) P.E.O. Chapter CR-Austin, TX's Scholar Award Committee will meet and assist potential applicants who qualify for the award. If interested, contact ALL THREE members for further information:
