Longhorn Battalion Hosts Military Ball
Posted: May 3, 2007
Beginning at 7pm, cadets and guests mingled during a cocktail hour reception and were able to purchase portraits from a professional photographer. After moving though the reception line, guests took their seats for the military ball program. The graduating class was honored and toasts were presented to the nation and the unit, amongst others. Dinner consisted of either Chicken Breast or Prime Rib of Beef.
After an entertaining round of videos prepared by the MS classes and a humorous slideshow narrated by MAJ Mackay, the Longhorn Battalion was treated to a great speech from CSM (RET) Andrew Bell. All told, about 170 cadets, cadre, and guests attended the ball.
