Lab 2: Movement
Cadets receive basic instruction on moving through the woods
Posted: February 5, 2008
The Longhorn Battalion conducted its first spring leadership laboratory at Camp Mabry on 31 January 2008. The MS I’s and II’s participated in our Hand-and Arm Signal and Movement Techniques training instructed by our stellar cadet Non-Commissioned Officers.
Following their instruction the cadets demonstrated their skillsets during practical exercises conducted in the heavily wooded terrain at Camp Mabry. The outcome of this lab was that the cadets gained a through knowledge of military tactics and left as a more cohesive and highly-motivated unit.
