Dr. Michael Robinson, Professor and Chair of East Asian Languages and Cultures at Indiana University, will present a talk entitled "The Post-Korean War as History: Politics and Contested Narratives of Nation in South Korea." He shall explore how fighting over historical interpretation in South Korea was an integral part of both the struggle for democratization and its aftermath.
