Prof. Fang-Ming Chen, author of more than 20 books, is a renowned historian, writer, and political commentator in Taiwan. He is currently the Dean of the Graduate Institute of Taiwan Literature at the National Chengchi University. Forced into exile by the KMT government during the 1980s, Prof. Chen is now one of the most distinguished scholars on the 228 Incident and Taiwan’s postcolonial history and discourse.
