Meet our new Undergraduate Academic Advisor, Josh Gilliland
Josh joined the department on November 26.

The Department of Asian Studies welcomes Josh Gilliland as its new Undergraduate Academic Advisor. Josh is new to UT and Austin; he moved here from Shanghai in August. In 2004, he received a Fulbright fellowship to perform research in Shanghai for his Masters thesis on Chinese linguistics. He received his Masters degree from Ohio State University in 2006. After he received his degree, he worked as an English teacher and translator in Shanghai.
We are very excited to have Josh aboard. Please stop by his office in WCH 4.116 to welcome him.
