Course Description
The goal of this course is to increase proficiency in reading koine Greek texts related to early Christianity. The course will focus on gospel narratives, Pauline epistles, and other selected materials (e.g., apocalyptic literature, Septuagint, apostolic fathers, noncanonical literature). Grading: quizzes 25%; midterm 15%; final 20%; paper 30%; participation 10%.
