GK 312L • Second Year Greek II: Sel. Biblical Greek
9:00 AM-10:00 AM
This course is taught at the second year (4th semester) level and is intended to introduce students to the characteristics of Hellenistic or Koine Greek as found in biblical literature, with a special focus on gospel literature. Like GK 312K it is also intended to review and strengthen grammatical principles while increasing both the speed and accuracy of reading ability. Reading selections of Biblical Greek authors is a valuable way of doing this since it allows students to encounter several distinctive writing styles and syntactic tendencies.
