Reserving a room
Room reservation requests for BRB rooms can be made in person at the front desk. For rooms outside of BRB, contact Joanna Drake with the following information:
- Day and time the room is needed
- Room capacity and media needed
- Building/room or area of campus requested
- Event title
- EID of the instructor/event coordinator
Media Support for Classrooms
BRB Classrooms
Projectors and wireless presenter remotes can be checked out at the front desk. The media console password is also available at the front desk upon request. Contact Joanna Drake for other media issues or concerns related to BRB classrooms.

Keys for media consoles in Liberal Arts classrooms are available at the Liberal Arts ITS office in Mezes Hall, Room 2.302.
Faculty Computer Support
The Liberal Arts desktop support team provides computer support for all faculty and staff in the College of Liberal Arts for your UT owned equipment. Contact Liberal Arts Instructional Technology Support (LAITS) by email at help@la.utexas.edu or by phone at 512-471-5000, Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm.
Building Maintenance
Building cleaning and maintenance issues should be directed to Julie Plummer during regular business hours, or call 471-0043 for emergencies or after hours support.
