Posted: December 8, 2011

Read the full text of the article here.

The Development Impact blog is maintained by four researchers from the Development Research Group of the World Bank.  Majlesi was awarded the Hale Fellowship in 2011 and the Richard Worley Fellowship in 2007-2008.  His primary research interests are in the fields of development and labor economics, and he is currently on the job market.
