Course Description

For graduate students in the creative writing programs, both within and beyond the English Department. A reading course in the short-short story, of which students will also be asked to write several different types. Potential topics include attempts to generalize about the short-short; possible typologies of the short-short; and forms such as prose poems and flash fiction.
