Course Description
Australian literature draws upon three significant traditions—British, European, and American—in its forging of a vital and interesting national literature with its own unique features. We will read significant fiction produced in Australia in the 20th century as well as view important films. Overall, a discovery of a continent, a nation, and a literary and film tradition.
