Matt Cohen teaches American literature at UT Austin and is a contributing editor at the Walt Whitman Archive. He is the author of The Networked Wilderness: Communicating in Early New England and the editor of several works, including Brother Men: The Correspondence of Edgar Rice Burroughs and Herbert T. Weston.
Sequoia Maner is in her second year of graduate study in the English Department at UT Austin. A poet and scholar, her interests include hip-hop aesthetics, contemporary African American poetry, and visual representations of black masculinity that span film, performance art, and paintings. She is currently worked on an analysis of Jay-Z and Kanye West's album Watch the Throne.
Julia Delacroix is a graduate student in the English Department at UT Austin. She has an MFA in creative writing with a concentration in poetry from the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins University. Her scholarly interests include genre studies, women's petry, and early American poetics. She is currently warpping up her dissertation on early American elegy.
