Universal Border: From Tijuana to the World will focus on Urrea’s journey from Tijuana, Mexico, where he grew up and later served as a relief worker among those living in the Tijuana garbage dumps, to his current success as an author of 14 books and professor of creative writing at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
